Pacific Pines Alliance
The Pacific Pines Alliance is a school initiative, offering local businesses, families and the wider community the opportunity to work in partnership with Pacific Pines State High. The Alliance aims to support students to achieve their full potential and help to build a local network – Local School, Local Business and Local Community.
We are seeking support and engagement from our local businesses and local communities – school and wider – to work together to grow our students, grow our businesses, and grow our community.
The Pacific Pines Alliance is committed to:
- Creating opportunities for business promotion and networking
- Enriching curriculum through local business support
- Attracting work, apprenticeship, and work placement opportunities for students
- Capturing additional financial, physical and human resources to enhance student activities and experience.
Being part of the Pacific Pines Alliance fosters connectedness and promotes pride in belonging and being actively engaged in the community.

Between 19th-24th August 2021, Pacific Pines State High School will be reviewed by the Education Improvement Branch (EIB). This is a normal process, one that every Queensland state school goes through as every Queensland State School is reviewed by the EIB at least once every four years.
The reviews play an important part in how the department supports school improvement. They provide schools with independent feedback, tailored to their context and needs. Feedback from parents and the community is an important part of school reviews, and you may be contacted by the EIB, either by phone call, or face to face at the school gate.
Please see the parent-community fact sheet from the Queensland Government for more information about this process.
