The Performing Arts Community Centre is a jointly funded project of Pacific Pines State High School (Education Queensland), Gold Coast City Council and Stockland Trust (the developers of Pacific Pines Estate).
The agreement covering use of this facility allows for use by both the community and school concurrently.
If the building is used by the community during school time it will be a condition of use that community members are restricted to specified areas of the building.
Facility Hire Schedule of Fees
Hirers are required to provide a current Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance to the sum of at least $20mil.
Storage
Please note there are no storage facilities on site, hirers are expected to remove all belongings prior to the end of each hire session.
Inclusions
Please note, only facilities are available for hire - no sound, lighting or equipment can be accessed.
