The Chaplaincy service provides emotional, social, spiritual and physical support. This is available to everyone in the school community regardless of their religious beliefs. Chaplaincy support students and families with food support and uniforms. All students can access the Breakfast Club before school on Monday and Thursday mornings at The Performing Arts Centre (PAC) Kitchen from 8 - 8.35am.
A Chaplain is a safe person for young people to connect with at school- providing a listening ear, caring presence and a message of hope. Students may request an individual appointment for support in personal matters (eg. difficult relationships with family members, friendship concerns, poor self-esteem, grief and loss, family breakdown and spiritual/faith related issues). Students can also be referred by parents or teachers/administrative staff for support. Currently our chaplain facilitates smaller group programs such as Shine and Pacific Waves.
