Students are welcome to enrol at any time during the year. Enrolment packages are readily available through the school office or via the below links and provide an extensive amount of useful information.
Enrolment Process, Information and Forms
Check if you reside in our
local catchment.
If your student does not and you would like to apply
as ‘Out of Catchment’ please include two letters to our Principal with your
enrolment application. One from parent/carer and one from your student explaining
reason for applying as out of catchment. Obtain an Enrolment Application Form from Administration or download a copy.
Read our school
Rules and Policies including Student Code of Conduct, Uniform Policy and more.
Provide the two most recent student academic reports, recent NAPLAN and birth certificate OR current passport, along with two proof of residency documents if you reside within our catchment.
Please visit our Administration office to submit your enrolment application and staff will advise if further steps are necessary. If you are unable to visit us onsite, please email your enrolment application through to office@pacificpinesshs.eq.edu.au
2024 Enrolment
Enrolments are open. Please keep an eye out on the PPSHS Facebook page, PPSHS Instagram page or call Administration on 5502 5111 for updates.
2025 Enrolment
If your current Year 6 student is enrolling at Pacific Pines State High School for Year 7 in 2025, please ensure you complete and submit your enrolment paperwork prior to Thursday 7 November 2024.
This will ensure your student is provided the opportunity to attend our Year 7 2025 Transition Day on Wednesday 27 November 2024.

Stationery Lists - All Year Levels
In an effort to reduce waste and unnecessary costs for our families, we have significantly reduced the number of items on our stationery list.
We anticipate that the majority of students will not require further stationery items however classroom teachers may request students to bring additional stationery items as required throughout the year.
- 1x A4 exercise book per subject
- 2x blue, black and red pens
- 1x pencil, sharpener and eraser
- 1x plastic ruler
- 1x highlighter
- 1x Casio FX-100AU Plus calculator
- 1x USB stick - 32gb or higher
- 1x pencil case
- 1x diary (if desired)
