IT Support for Students

Our school IT Technicians are located in JE03 and are available to assist students every school day from 7:30am to 3:15pm.  Students can also contact tech-assist@pacificpinesshs.eq.edu.au for assistance.

Students visiting during class times will be required to produce a pass given to them via their teacher.

Whilst we try and help every student with issues from network connectivity through to software glitches we will never take a screwdriver or other tool to your child's device.

Any hardware issues must be dealt with externally from our school by the likes of the devices manufacturer or an authorised repairer.

All information regarding BYOD can be found here.
